Frequently asked questions.

DO YOU TATTOO UNDER 18 YEAR OLDS?

No. Even with parental consent I will not tattoo minors.

DO YOU ONLY TATTOO TRADITIONAL Designs?

No! I’m a walk in artist first and foremost. I’m more than happy to tattoo most things that walk in the door as long as they are appropriate designs and are going to age well as tattoos. I am trying to specialise in the traditional American style of tattooing which is what I promote the most but most styles aside from realism I am more than happy to tattoo.

How do you price your tattoos?

I tend to price my tattoos as a rough price per job. Obviously I am happy to work in to people’s budgets and adjust my prices accordingly. But at the end of the day I am pricing my tattoos for what they are worth and as they say cheap work ain’t good and good work ain’t cheap.

What should i know going into a tattoo?

If this is your first tattoo or you haven’t been to an appointment with me before relax I’ve got you covered. I try to make things as comfortable as possible for you. Make sure you get a good nights sleep the day before your appointment and make sure you eat a filling breakfast and stay hydrated before you come in. Avoid getting sunburnt or drinking alcohol excessively in the days leading up to your appointment. Make sure to bring along whatever you need, such as some sugary snacks, drinks, and headphones if you need to zone out.

When you’re in for your appointment I take things at your pace. If you need breaks you can always sing out and we have toilets and cold water and convenience stores around so you’ve got everything you need. I want to make sure you feel as relaxed and happy as possible during the whole experience so if you have any special requirements that you’d like me to be aware of just give me a heads up! I’m on your side. :)

What happens if i need to reschedule?

In order to reschedule your appointment I will need to be given a minimum of 48 hours notice. This ensures that I have enough time to fill the slot that has now opened up in my schedule. Failing to do so will result in your deposit being lost and a new deposit needing to be paid to book in a new appointment.

do you offer free touch ups?

I do offer a free touch up for all my tattoos as long as you have properly cared for your tattoo post appointment. I always like to see the tattoo in person first to better understand what is required if at all. Depending on the tattoo, sometimes it requires more time to heal before a touch up is possible so I usually say give your fresh tattoo at least a month before deciding on if a touch up is required or not. I tattoo all my designs so that they are ready to heal and settle in without needing touch ups but am aware sometimes minor touch ups are required post healing as everyone heals differently.
